Career Summary

Dee Osborne joined NAI Carolantic Realty in 1996, bringing to the company more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate leasing in Wake County. Since 1989, she directed the marketing and leasing of Southport Business Park in Morrisville from basic infrastructure and one 75,000-square-foot flex building to just under one million square feet of office and flex space. Other real estate experience includes three years as a broker for Linpro, a commercial real estate development company. At NAI Carolantic, Dee performs general brokerage as well as leasing both office, flex and warehouse and has transacted well over $100 million in the last several years.
