Career Summary

Daniel Herring joined NAI Carolantic in 2015 after working in sales for three years at Anixter International and two years at Altria Group Distribution Company in Virginia. His sales experience has given him the ability to understand his client’s needs and help them to achieve their real estate goals. Daniel focuses primarily on industrial sales/leasing, office leasing, and land sales.


Daniel received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Community Involvement:

City of Raleigh Retail Task Force: A group created to research retail opportunities and to consider both physical changes as well as policy changes needed to address challenges currently impacting the retail climate in Raleigh.

Boy Scouts of America: Council Ambassador to the local Venture Crew chapters.


Rising Star Award: 2017. Presented by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors to a broker with less than three years in commercial real estate and who demonstrated leadership qualities, involvement in the community and a high level of production during his or her years in the industry.
