Mr. Creech joined NAI Carolantic as a commercial leasing broker more than 30 years ago. During this time, he has negotiated over 650 transactions, including leasing and brokerage ranging from commercial and industrial users, to Class A office tenants. He currently represents over 360,000 square feet of commercial property for various investors.

Mr. Creech has a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

  • First Citizens Bank: Assisted in the disposition of multiple commercial properties including office and flex buildings in Wake County, NC.
