Raleigh Holdings Acquires 14001 Weston Parkway Flex Building

RALEIGH, NC - September 18, 2017 - JPB Raleigh Holdings, LLC, headquartered in Rochester, New York, recently acquired the 14001 Weston Parkway building located in the prestigious Weston Parkway area of Cary, NC. The flex building totaling 78,775 rentable square feet is 90.5% leased and is home to SciCal, Trialcard, and Tyco.

JPB Holdings Managing Partner, John Buchheit cites the strength of the overall Triangle market and the I-40 corridor office/flex market as primary factors for purchasing the building. He indicated the strong credit tenants and the quality of the asset were factors as well.

This is the fourth Class A property acquired by JPB Holdings in the past 24 months. Mr. Buchheit commented 14001 Weston Parkway fits well into their existing and growing portfolio. It will be the second asset under management in the strong and growing Weston submarket along with 13000 Weston Parkway.

According to NAI Carolantic President Jimmy Barnes, SIOR, JPB Holdings, LLC plans to acquire other office and flex buildings in the Triangle area to add to their real estate portfolio. Mr. Barnes, and NAI Carolantic Broker, Whit Brown represented JPB Holdings in the transaction. Ben Kilgore of CBRE represented the seller.
