Career Summary

Hunt Wyche joined NAI Carolantic in 2013 with a proven ten-year track record of handling warehouse/flex leasing, owner-occupant sales and investment sales. His knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and vast experience representing landlords and investors has helped him to understand both sides of the transaction. He has assisted hundreds of companies from small start-ups to Fortune 500s as a tenant/buyer representative. Putting the two parties together has resulted in Hunt being able to close a yearly average of 50+ sale/lease transactions for the past eight years.

While Hunt’s main focus is investment sales and achieving the highest return for his investor clients, he also represents over 60 owners and landlords in the Triangle market and has successfully represented hundreds of tenants across the country, the majority of whom are currently conducting business today.

Prior to joining NAI Carolantic, Hunt was Vice President of Brokerage and Sales for Commercial Associates, Inc.


Hunt is a Raleigh native and a graduate of Appalachian State University where he majored in Real Estate and Finance.
