  • RALEIGH, NC (August 24, 2020) — Tri Properties I NAI Carolantic announces the completion of 75 transactions totaling 1.2 million square feet and 1050 acres during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the firm obtained 1,394,126 square feet of new property management assignments.

    Notable Lease Transactions

    ADUSA Distribution leased 155,430 square feet of warehouse space at 1709 E D Street in Butner, NC. Ed Brown and Jenny Robinson represented the landlord, TRM Warehouse Group in the transaction.

    Confidential Tenant leased 104,160 square feet of warehouse space at Garner Business Park 70 in Garner, NC. Ed Brown, Daniel Herring and Jenny Robinson handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord Al. Neyer.

    Confidential Tenant leased of 102,972 square feet of office space at Innovation I at Imperial Center in Durham. Clay Stober and Kacy Coggin handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord Scannell Properties.

    Merz North America renewal and expansion into a total of 79,612 square feet at Northchase at Midtown (6501/6601 Six Forks Road, Raleigh.) Clay Stober handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
